Tekno Valves manufactures Wheel and Key Operated Valves in `O` Ring Seal Design. Tekno Valves is an ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 10297:2006 and ISO TC/58/SC2 certified company. The company manufactures High Pressure Gas Cylinder Valves. The Wheel and Key Operated Valves in `O` Ring Seal Design provides O-ring backed by high durometer elastomer back up ring for external tightness. Thrust washer between the top spindle collar and gland nut further protects the O-ring at high pressure. Gland nut abuts at the inner end with the valve body ensuring permanent metal to metal seal. Spindles machined from naval brass for toughness and wear resistance except top spindle for key operated valves which is machined from SS-304 rods and designed to fail safely, at a closing or opening torque between 65-70 Nm.
