Vertical lathe, model vl-20 is made by the company in collaboration with imt intermato spa,, italy which is among the world leaders in the manufacture of vertical lathes primarily for alloy wheels, piston and aerospace applications.
The x & z axis slides and spindle unit are imported from italy and integrated with other elements manufactured by lokesh machines in india. The heavy-duty design and structure of the machine supplies very high depth of cuts up to 10 mm radial with spindle power up to 26 kw.
The machine is equipped with a211 spindle and diameter 400 mm chuck with option of 500 mm chuck and special fixtures. The machine is also offered with servo turret with rotating tools as an option.
