Tespa tools provide in-process universal gauge head that can be used for 75 to 400 mm diameter and independently adjustable probes. The measuring head is fitted on a hydraulic two piston that returns 100 mm stroke length slide base. The universal gauge head are available with easy-to-set carbide fingers with in-built 20 mm adjustment travel on each probe. The actual dimensions are set and the measured value and the processed signals are transmitted to the electronic panel for controlling the fine feed, spark out and wheel retraction. In-process universal gauge head are also useful as flagging device or for internal diameter gauging. The equipment comes with 20-400 mm measuring range and 1 micron repeat accuracy.
