Mte has specially suppliesdeveloped high precision surface grinders, msg 62 and msg 41. These surface grinders are used, to offer reliable high performance and super finish. All essential castings are made of high grade cast iron and are stress relieved. Hence these castings to ensure greater stability and rigidity. Guide ways are with turcite ® `b’lining for long life and give better slide performance without stick, slip and low friction. Slideways are incorporated with automatic intermittent lubrication system to ensure high accuracy and longer life. Horizontal spindle of the surface grinder is supported by super precision angular contact bearings greased for life. The system is equipped with a precision graduated micro feed device, consisting of a worm and worm gear for precise manual positioning of the cross axis. Quality assurance is carried out bby a separate department quality assurance is carried out to ensure that all components and finished products meet the required standards and better geometrical accuracies. The control station can be easily adjusted tto a comfortable position the control system is easily adjusted for the operator.
