Automatic ROPP / Screw Cap Sealing Machine is incorporated with a special clutch device on the feed worm and star wheel system for stoppage of machine in the event, vial is over turned or over diameter. The Sealing Machine is equipped with digital counter for counting number of sealed vials. The Sealing Machine has a single motor which synchronizes conveyor, star wheels and platform turret and the speed can be varied by the % speed pot on operating panel. Automatic ROPP / Screw Cap Sealing Machine allows sealing pressure to be varied to suit different gauges and sizes of aluminium caps.
