Dhara engineers endows with automatic four head / eight head aluminum cap sealing machine - model dhcs-150 & 350 which has the output of 60 to 150 vials/ min and 60 to 250 vials/ min. Salient features are as follows:

• All exposed parts are ss 304 or hard chrome plated for corrosion free long life.

• Single motor synchronizes conveyor, star wheel & platformatrate and the speed can be varied by vfd

• It provides safety arrangement in the event of over turned vials to avoid any overload / jamming

• En- 31 sealing rollers & spring loaded sealing head

• Assembly imparts very smooth and tight fit sealing
No vial no cap mechanism

• Quick and very easy change over

• Photo sensing device stop the machine automatically in the event, there is no aluminum cap in the delivery chute.
