Crawler Screens include:

• Feed Hopper: It is provided with fixed grizzly to prevent over size material. The slope of the grizzly can be altered by hydraulic cylinders

• Charging Conveyor: The conveyor helps to feed materials from top conveyor to the feed hopper. They have closely spaced idler rollers to provide necessary support for the belt and material.

• Top Conveyor: This trough belt conveyor provides feed to the vibrating screen and is driven by hydraulic motor.

• Vibrating Screen: It is well designed vibrating screen. Easy maintenance, light weight, less power consumption and long life.

• Oscillating Mounting: The screen body is supported on oscillating mountings. Due to this, screen movement becomes smooth with less noise.
