Pooja lab equipments has introduced bod incubator. It is primarily designed to suit the requirements of biochemical oxygen demand tests. This incubator is also usable in applications such as incubation serum studies, study of enzymatic digestion processes, tissue culture preservation of vaccines, long term sample storage, fruit fly cultivation, immunological work, etc. Double-walled exterior is of mild steel and interior is made of stainless steel, and is insulated with latest puf. An inner full view acrylic door and outer double-walled metal door are given with magnetic catch and lock and key. The doors are efficiently sealed. A hermetically sealed compressor offers temperatures below ambient. An air heater is included for heating above ambient temperatures. It has temperature ranging from 5°c to 60°c, with an accuracy of ±0.5°c. A fully automatic solid state electronic controller panel encases all the controls, fixed at the top of the unit to give easy servicing and quick replacement. A pt-100 sensor is used. The required temperature can be preset in a few seconds after which the unit will function automatically without tiny operator. The preset button is pressed and the knob on its right is turned to preset the temperature. The unit can be offered with a host of optional features.
