Wintech pharmachem eqpts offers ribbon blenders. Ribbon blender is used for uniform and homogeneous mixing of powder, granules, etc. It consists of a u shaped trough and ss shaft with two sets of spiral ribbons, one inside the other. The complete assembly is mounted on a ms/ss structure. The inner and outer ribbons are so arranged that during rotation, the material reaches each and every corner of the trough and imparts radial and linear motion to the whole of the material to be mixed. At the same time material is moved from side of the trough to the centre and vice versa resulting in quick and homogenous mixing. Double ribbon configuration also brings materials towards central bottom outlet while discharging. A specially designed valve is provided at the center or butterfly valve for discharge.
