Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine to mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously and widely used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc. It consists of a cylindrical shell with two conical frustums provided with opening for charging and discharging. Double Cone Blender consists of Butterfly valve which helps for discharge. The vessel is mounted on a sturdy stand with bearing blocks and driven through a gear box coupled with motor. The machine is provided with control panel board and safety railing. All joint argons are welded, ground and polished to mirror finish from inside and malt finish from outside.
