Swagath urethanes offers polyurethane elastomer orithane in unique design and construction materials combining advantages of metals, plastics and ceramics with the extensibility of rubber. The company provides polyurethane moulded rod stock in various 6 to 600 mm diameters as well as moulded tubes and rings in more than 500 mm od/ id combinations. These polyurethane rods and tubes find applications in slip-on-roll coverings to spacers gaskets, punch strippers and machining prototype parts. The company supplies open cast non-standard size sheets for use where dimensional tolerances are not critical as well as standard moulded sheets in 300 x 300 mm, 500 x 500 mm, 1000 x 1000 mm and 2000 x 1000 mm sizes. The thickness of the standard moulded sheets ranges from 1.5 to 150 mm depending on the size and also provided are other configured shapes and sizes. The company provides bar stock moulded in over 50 different sizes with existing tooling in 25 x 25 x 500 mm to 250 x 250 x 2500 mm sizes. Custom designed products are also available. These bars can be machined to make prototype parts or in specific application such as metal forming press brakes and paper industry cutter sticks.
