• Square shape of spine similar to perfect bound books.

• Open books flat without any damage to spine & print on the spine section.

• Square books are easy to handle for stacking and packing.

• Hydraulic press forms permanent square shape of the spine for aesthetic and functional value addition at 900 cycles per hour for single copy.

• For processing diary refills - the covering material is evenly glued on our glue applicator. The sewn book [diary] block is cased - in with the glued covering material and 1 to 4 copies [up to a maximum opening of 50mm] are inserted in the machine.
