Turret Rewinding System with PLC Based Control System is capable of Spooling up to 2000 rolls of 25 meter length. The Turret Rewinding System is designed with two air expansion rewind shafts for quick rewind reel changeovers and easy rewind reel removal/ core loading without removing the rewind shafts. The Turret Rewinding System is based on PLC controlled for single point monitoring, access and control of tension parameters and turret changeovers.
