Single Screw Extruder with Inbuilt Thrust Bearing has the following features:

• Screw diameter from 45 mm to 150 mm with L / D ratio of upto 40: 1 for the production of pipes, profiles, compounding, flat tape, sheet, wire and cable coating etc.

• The screw and barrel are made of nitro – alloy steel, ground and polished for smooth surface finishing and hardened by gas nitriding to a hardness of 65 HRC.

• The gears are made of alloy steel, case hardened and ground for high performance.

• There is inbuilt thrust bearing inside the gear box to take thrust load
