XL Plastics provides Three Side Seal Pouch Machine. XL Plastics manufactures a range of plastic film converting machines & Printing machinery and it has ISO 9001 certification. This Three Side Seal Pouch making Machine SSP 350 Delta / SSP 450 Delta with high speed which results into 150bags/min. The machine is shipped in Fully Assembled and Pre Wired condition.
The machine comprises of an Unwind Stand with Continuous Folder & Sealing Section, Draw Rolls, Dancing Rollers, and Photo Cell Unit with Synchronizer, Cross Sealing, Cutting and Stacking Table. The main Motor and Draw Motor are both AC, with Inverter Drives for speed control. It maintains accurate sealer temperature to give consistent quality of sealing.
