- To Wrap boiled-solid & filled in double end twist wrap style.
- Sweets in round, oval, rectangular or circular shape possible to wrap on this machine. Inner strip could be laminated, foil, polyester or Wax paper.
- Sweets having a length of 16-40 mm. & 13-25mm width possible.
- Outer strip should be a continuous design & cellophane, polypropylene, PVC, wax paper of HMHDPE.
- The boiled sweets are charged in to the hopper from where it is released on to the rotary format by an automatically controlled vibrator.
- The paper flows from the paper feed station cut to appropriate length & the sweet is lifted along with wrapper into the twisting turret.
- The sweet is help in position by the rubber gripper & twisting operation performed mechanically by the twisting fingers & released after twist wrapping on to a sloping delivery chute for further collection.
