Bharat heater offers half-sheathed ring heaters, in eight sizes. Being sheathed in one side only, these heaters have very little residual heat and stand up to 650°c temperature on the surface area. These are easy for installation. They are being used for various applications, some of them are as follows: melting soft metals - like lead, tin, solder, zinc etc; sealing plastic wrappers in high speed automatic packing machines; in diffusion pumps; kettles, large coffee percolators; bakelite molding dies; and melting wax, glue, etc.
