Key Features of Thermic Fluid Reactor Packing
- Material: Synthetically manufactured flexible high temp. yarn impregnated with a PTFE dispersion and aninert lubricant.
- Temperature: Up to 371 degree C
- Flammability: Non-Flammable does not melt, burn or drip.
- Fluid Resistance: pH range 0 to 14 [except fuming Nitric Acid, Aqua Regia and molten alkali metals.]
- Pressure: 15 kg/cm² in pumps & 60 kg/cm² in valves. Style 6500 may be used to increase pressure resistance.
- Speed: 25 m/sec.
- Frictional Drag: Very low.
