Commercial Hydrated Lime or Calcium Hydroxide is a dry powder obtained by treating quicklime [Calcium Oxide] with sufficient water to satisfy its chemical affinity for water, thereby converting the oxides to hydroxides. Commercial Hydrated Lime is suited for various industries like- Pulp and Paper and chemicals etc.
Commercial Hydrated Lime is also suited for:
- Metallurgy: Steel Manufacture, Steel Products Manufacture, Magnesium Manufacture, Alumina Manufacture, Ore Flotation and Non-Ferrous Metal Smelting.
