Product Profile of Pectazyme

Advanced Biochamcals Ltd. Is the manufacturer and exporter of Pectazyme. Pectazyme is a GRAS enzyme preparation which selectively hydrolyses and depolymerises naturally occurring pectin. These are widely used in apple juice processing. Pectic substances are hydrophilic, colloidal and having gelling properties that cause high mash viscosities, limits juice press yields, and hinders juice clarification. Each of this problems can be overcome by addition of Pectazyme.
