Dried Aluminium Hydroxide Gel contains not less than 47.0% and not more than 60% of aluminium oxide. Aluminium Hydroxide Gel is available as white and light amorphous powder which is odourless and tasteless in nature. Dried Aluminium Hydroxide Gel comprises of maximum 5 ppm arsenic and Maximum 60 ppm heavy metals. Aluminium Hydroxide Gel is mainly used as an active medicament in antacid formulations. Dried Aluminium Hydroxide Gel is also used in manufacturing of lake colours, inks, glass, effluent treatment and fire retardants.
