The outer shell of the centrifuge is fabricated from ms/ss or lined with anticorrosive material and is suspended on robustly built ci pendulum with suspension bolt and spring. The drive of the centrifuges containsconsists of 1440 rpm 3-phase 400/440 v tefc motor and the power is smoothly transmitted from motor clutch pulley fitted on motor shaft to the basket by means of a v-belt. The bearing housing of the centrifuge is made up of cast iron, and it is well machined to house the heavy duty bearings with spindle, which is having lubrication arrangement. A brake is fitted above the v-belt pulley and is operated by a hand lever. The centrifuges machines are designedprovided with electrical/mechanical inter-locking devices.
