Industrial Purpose Needle Valve provides in-line pipe connections for 1/4" to 1/2" pipe sizes and have rising stem and bar stock body design. The Valve is available in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" size for varied requirements in chemical, petrochemical, research and oil and gas industries. The Valve has body and stem holder made using quality grade stainless steel, bonnet, washer and handle made using aluminium and has Teflon and brass made packing. The Valve has non-rotating stem that prevents stem/ seat galling and good for on-off service and insure long life on valve seats. The Valve has metal-to-metal seating that achieves bubble-tight shut-off, longer stem/ seat life in abrasive flow, good durability for repeated on/ off cycles and good corrosion resistance. The Industrial Purpose Needle Valve has operating temperature ranging from 0 ° F to 400 ° F and has PTFE encapsulated packing that provides dependable stem and body sealing.
