Sharda engineers provides idlers. The two roll type troughing idlers and brackets are used to convey bulk materials. They are available with 20 and 30 inclined idlers. For conveying large quantity of bulk material three roll type bracket with 20, 30 and 45 inclined idlers are available. Troughing angle impact idlers are generally used for absorbing impact at loading point and to protect the belt. The idlers are available in two roll type and three roll type bracket. They have troughing angle of 20, 30 and 45 degrees. Due to eccenric loading, soiling slippage of the material to the drum pulleys, the idlers roller may cause the belt to run crooked to prevent the belt from running to the rollers. Self-aligning idlers of various angles and designs are also available. For horizontal flat belt conveyor positive action type belt training idlers are also available in many sizes.
