Hinged Hardware Expansion Joint is an assembly designed to absorb angular rotation in the plane perpendicular to the hinge pins. The Hinged Hardware Expansion Joint is designed to absorb the pressure thrust of the Expansion joint assembly. The hardware consists of two hinged plates 180 degree apart and joined to the end connection. A pair of hinged expansion joints shall absorb lateral deflection. The expansion joints or bellows are also available in universal, hinged, gamble, & pressure balanced expansion joints.
