Description: The mixer consists of a mixing drum complete with mixing paddle and sealing arrangement. The drum is mounted on rigid m.S. Stand with motor & gear drive coupled to starter and tilting arrangement with s.S. Cladding. The blades of the paddle are so arranged to obtain thorough mixing. All contact parts are of s.S.316 q. The main paddle is fitted through bearing and supported by thrust bearing to bear the rigid & thrust load.
Acrylic dust cover: The material under mixing process can be observed in process through acrylic dust cover of the container. It is hinged to the container and holding arrangement provided to add solution during the mixing process.
Titlting device: Tilting arrangement is provided for easy discharge of the materials. It is affected by means of a hand wheel coupled to worm gear mechanism. The powder or granules can also be tipped in to a container
Sealing arrangement: Suitable self-sealing arrangement is provided to ensure that no impurity particle enters into the mixing drum. However little powder from inside may come out of pressure spinners.
