Psc series of water-ring vacuum pumps are designed and supplied by ppi pumps. These ppi pumps are available with single cone design. These water-ring vacuum pumps find their applications in vacuum filtration and distillation, moisture extraction, vacuum condensation, evaporation and removal of water from paper pulp. The capacity of these pupms ranges from 220 m³/hr [10 hp] to 5000 m³/hr [180 hp]. Maximum vacuum is 710 mm hg. Materials of construction include complete cast iron [type-a], partial ss-316 [type-c], and complete ss-316 [type-s].
