Superslides & bushes corporation manufactures ball screws that are interchangeable with other brands. These are based on gothic profile available in large range and varieties. Repair and preloading is possible. High-speed ball screws can be provided as per customer design with quick delivery. High speed ball screw are available for dmn value up to 140,000 and speed up to 100m/min. Preloading is either by size of balls or by spacer for double nuts and by lead shift in single nut. Sizes and varieties: for very precise application, even thermal control ball screws can be provided. These are available in cylindrical nut with or without flange and also in square nuts, from c1 to c10 grade accuracy. These are also available in single and multi start, in single and double nut with either internal or external circulation. High lead ball screws are also available for high-speed application; available from dia 8 to 100 mm with pitch of 1 to 50 mm. Test certificate will be provided for every ground ball screw.
