Concord automation and controls is offering a wide range of electronic controllers. As part of that, the company offers motor protection relays. These are used to protect protect motor from burn out due to over loading, single phasing etc. These electronic controllers are available in two versions like- electronic solid state motor protection relays and microprocessor based motor protection relays. The operation of this relays are based on current sensing principle. These are equipped with current transformers which not only sense the current but also protects the motor. There is a provision for independent adjustment of d-time [starting delay time] and o-time [operating time] with definite and/or inverse type characteristics with wide current adjustment range.
