K & r international manufactures a wide range of filling, packaging and sealing machines for liquids, pastes, powders and granules. These machines find wide application in food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, dairy, beverage, liquor, water and oils industry. As part of that, the company offers automatic cup filling, sealing and coding machine. It is equipped with a rotary indexing table and six stations to perform various operations. The products to be filled are kept on the first station. The second station incorporates a combination of volumetric piston cylinder and a rotary spool valve for filling of products. The products are feed with a 25 liter built-in hopper. The third station is equipped with a pre-cut aluminum lids. The lids are dispensed one at a time in a synchronized manner. The fourth station consists of an electrically heated punch to seal the lid on to the cup. The fifth incorporates an optional contact rubber stereo printing unit for printing data on top of the sealed cup. The sixth station drives out the finished cups onto a turntable or chute.
