• Centrifugal dry and wet liners, cylinder blocks and finned cylinder barrels.

• Machined on cnc turning centers, turret lathes, w.M.W. Automatic honing machines, plateau honing machines, w.M.W. Centreless grinders, internal cylindrical grinders, vertical boring machines. Milling and radial drilling machines.

• Tested on baird spectrophotometer, syscon carbon equivalent meter, hardness tester, union metallurgical microscope with photographic attachment to verify the microstructure, tallyround roundness tester, surftest surface roughness tester and profile projector.

• Range : 50mm to 150mm on o.D., 50mm to 300mm on length.
