Hitco electricals introduces insulation plus band heaters. These heaters are available in four models to meet the ever-increasing demand for energy conservation and to improve operations efficiency, capable of generating higher temperatures essential to process high temperature resign. Energy conservation is achieved by using thick ceramic fiber insulating blanket on the surface increasing the overall outer diameter by 2" power consumption up to 30 per cent. This is performed by low thermal conductivity of the ceramic fibre insulation; the external surface temperature of the insulation plus band heaters are approximately 80c while running the" inside surface temperature at 300c.
