The self-propelled vibratory soil compactor in smooth drum shall be specifically designed to compact cohesive, semi-cohesive and non-concessive materials. The machine shall be capable of achieving at least 95% compaction based on the standard proctor test with an approximate production capacity of 1216 cubic meters per hour based on a 30 cm [12"] lift of crushed limestone base.
