Fluidofork slf series is such a universal liquid-level sensor in which the resonance frequency of the tuning fork [as small as l28 mm] changes as the fork comes in contact with the fluid activating a relay, which in turn is used for annunciation or control. Compact, easy to install, this liquid level sensor has self-cleaning action and has no moving parts. Therefore, this instrument is absolutely maintenance-free and works as an ideal replacement for the conventional float level switches. There is no calibration required and the measurement is independent of the electrical and chemical properties of the medium. Various process-connections including dairy coupling are available. Flameproof version of liquid level sensors is also available for application in hazardous area. These liquid level sensors are meant for high viscous media [up to 10,000 cp] and extreme temperature [up to 120°c]. Fluidofork is extensively used in process industries, viz, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food - stuff, cosmetics, etc. It is ideal for 230 v ac/110 v ac and 24 v ac/dc supply, and thus, provides standard relay change over output for annunciation or control.
