Key Features of Complete Formwork System with Powder-Coated Steel Frame

• Has a load carrying capacity of 27 tonnes -One tower of 6 meter height can take a vertical load of 27 tonnes
• Available in 2 heights, i.e. 0.60 m and 1.20 m., standard width of frame is 1.2 meter
• Frames are connected with sleeves made of seamless steel pipes which are simply push fit & connected with forged steel pin and spring cotter
• Welding of sleeves is done with a special purpose machine to deliver high levels of accuracy
• Height adjustments can be done with stir-up heads and base jacks
• Special threading is provided in stir-up and base jack to prevent slipping and facilitate higher load carrying capacity
• Assembled trestle tower can be relocated with Crane / Fork Lift; giving substantial reduction in labor cost and increase in the speed of re-assembly
