Pioneer Intertrade offers from REMS, Germany, a 100 years old manufacturer a wide range of Pipe threading and cutting tools. The REMS Tornado is a unique machine for Threading, Cutting, deburring, nipple threading pipes upto 2" dia and roll grooving pipes upto 12". The machine is available with a Single Phase or 3 Phase motors and is portable for working at site or in the workshop. It features only one universal automatic die head from 1/16" - 2" and an automatic clamping and centering chuck. It can be mounted on a stationary bench or a wheel stand for moving around. The operation of machine is by a foot-switch. The Gear Box is maintainence free, sealed for life. The REMS Magnum 4" is a model for Threading of pipes up to 4" and it features a quick-action hammer chuck. It offers exceptionally round and clean threads upto 4" by using 6 threading dies. The REMS Unimat Production threading machine features only one universal automatic die head for all pipe threads, automatic opening and closing. Tangential-chaser-threading system allows low running Cost, as the threading chasers are regrindable. Fast working, short resetting time and long working life are other features that the REMS Unimat range of machines offer. The Unimat 75 is suitable for pipe threads 1/16" - 2.1/2" and bolt threads 6-72mm whereas the Unimat 77 is suitable for pipe threads ¼" - 4" .
