The effluent evaporator made up of inlet pump, blower, heater, liquid-air mixing tube, air-liquid separator, solid-liquid separator, pipings, and electrical controls. The absence of chemical usage, sludge handling, sludge drying beds, solar drying beds and hence zero effluent discharge characteristics make evaporator system more advantageous.
