Ductile Iron Made Valve is used in architectonics, edibles, medicine, chemical energy, supplying and draining water industry and adjusts the water in piping line and in equipments. The Valve can be availed in various drive style such as lever handle, electric drive, pneumatic drive and has working temperature from 0 ° C to 80 ° C. The Valve has akzo nobel fusion bonded epoxy coating with thickness from 150 to 500 um. The Valve has ductile iron made body, bonnet, wedge and hand wheel, high strength and corrosion resisting. The Valve has the feature that the ring wiper can stop impurity going into shaft seal and when valve is opened completely, it will have a smooth unobstructed waterway, without groove which will maintain sundries. The Valve has carbon steel made screw and indicator board, cast aluminium made pointer, bronze made wedge nut, EPDM made bonnet gasket, brass made thrust washer, carbon steel zinc plated flat washer, carbon steel zinc plated bolt etc. The Ductile Iron Made Valve can seal flow well with its soft wedge.
