G-tek corporation offers cr-2010 series circular chart recorders for measurement of temperature and pressure simultaneously. They utilize state-of-the-art micro controller technology along with highly accurate stepper motors for both pen and chart drive. Since stepper motors do not require any mechanical feedback systems or potentiometers, the recorders have greatly enhanced reliability and reduced maintenance. Built-in digital display provides continuous reading of parameters and is also suitable to display messages while pmgramming. Mechanical calibration and electronic calibration are done using front panel keyboard. These recorders use latest polynomial based linearization for all major sensor inputs like thermocouple, rtd, ma and mv. Pressure is measured via separate pressure transmitter and on 4-20 ma. It is also available in a wide variety of inputs like thermocouple, rtd, mv, ma, line frequency and line voltages. The unit can also be configured for other inputs like ph, %rh, conductivity and other customized inputs. Optional features available are rs-232c output, programmable chart speed, programmable range, programmable thermocouple, universal input and maximum of two alarm contacts per channel. It can easily be fixed on panel or can be wall mounted. These recorders are widely used in industries like: pharmaceuticals, heat treatment, food, beverages and dairy plants, sterilizing plants and many other.
