Product Profile of Stainless Steel Corrugated Hose Assemblies

Flexo tech products since 1996 manufactures stainless steel corrugated hose assemblies and they are ss hose bsp & npt connectors, ss hose with elbows, pump connectors and 4" ss hose - 8mtr lon. The stainless steel corrugated hose assemblies are applicable in steel plants, refineries, fertilizer industries, sugar & paper industries, pharmaceuticals, coolant systems, steam & hot water, vacuum application and d.M.Water. Specifications are as follows:

• The pressure ratings are for fluid and ambient temperature of 30 °c.

• The burst pressure is 4 times the maximum working pressure

• All hoses are pneumatically tested.

• Hydraulic tests are conducted on samples picked at random-grade wise, batch wise.

• Material of construction:

• Hose material: ss 321, ss 304 l, ss 316 l

• Braiding material: ss 304, ss 316
