The ultimate - canara frp cooling tower is uniquely designed, engineered and manufactured for high-performance reliability, durability and trouble-free operation. The fill is made of rigid pvc, uv stabilized and of honeycomb type which is designed to have the highest contact area per unit volume, with lest resistance to the flow of air. The fan is axial flow type, consists of cast aluminium or frp vary pitch aerofoil blades fitted on a ms hot dip galvanized hub with ss 304 u bolts and nuts. The balanced fan assembly is mounted directly on the weatherproof-flanged motor shaft. Hot water is sprayed uniformly over the fill through polypropylene/abs nozzles fitted on ms hot dip galvanized/pp distribution piping. The two pass drift eliminator is of rigid pvc designed to minimize entrainment losses below 0.05 per cent of the circulation rate with lowest pressure drop. Normally the tower is fitted on the frp basin. The basin is placed on rcc pads/ slabs. The basin has suction, makeup and overflow, drain nozzles.
