Product Profile of Cooling Towers

Canara engineers pvt.Ltd are engaged in the design, manufacture & supply of all types of material conveying system like belt, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, chain conveyors, cooling towers etc. The cooling towers manufactured by canara pvt. Ltd. Contains the following salient features:

• The casing of the cooling towers is manufactured of frp segments that can be handled during transit, installation and maintenance of tower.

• The fill comprises of rigid p.V.C. Uv stabilized, honeycomb and film flow type.

• Designed to offer highest contact area per unit volume with least resistance to airflow.

• The axial flow fan consists of cast aluminum

• The balanced fan assembly is mounted directly on the shaft of weather proof, flanged motor.

• Hot water is sprayed uniformly over the fill through polypropylene / abs nozzles fitted on a m.S. Hot dip galvanised / pvc distribution piping.

• The 2 pass drift eliminator consists of rigid pvc blades with p.P. Spacers, designed to restrict drift losses to below 0.05% of the water circulation rate.

• The tower is fitted on frp basin which is placed on r.C.C. Pads / slabs.

• The basin is provided with suction, make-up, overflow & drain connections.
