The machine is used for making syrup from crystal sugar. The inverted sugar syrup is added at the time of mixing dough to improve the colour and quality of biscuits. A drum type mixing chamber with a lid on top is made out of s.S.-304 with three legs made of m.S. Pipe. A stirrer made of s.S. [directly coupled with vertically mounted motor] is fitted on top. At the bottom a hand valve is fitted for discharging syrup, whenever required. Two electrical elements are also fitted at the bottom of mixing chamber with thermostatic control air during mixing.
