Surfactant Assisted Liquid Biological Formulation is a patented, liquid formulation containing selectively adapted bacterial spores and degradable surfactants. Surfactant Assisted Liquid Biological Formulation is designed for use in municipal pump stations, collection system lines, scum pits, and aerobic grease digesters where severe grease build-ups are encountered. The surfactant portion of the formulation enhances the degradation of severe grease build-ups by causing local emulsification which results in increased surface area for bacterial attack. This important feature encourages faster results since bacterial degradation can occur only at interfaces between water and oil. It is available under the brand name of BI-CHEM® 2006RG.
