Neutral Glass Tubing for Pharmaceutical Applications have chemical resistance and low expansion coefficient property. These glass tubings are manufactured with special care to ensure that correct quantity of raw materials are weighed, mixed, conveyed and stored with special emphasis on avoiding batch segregation whilst conveying and storing in the silos. The dimensional accuracies are electronically controlled in close loop using non contact laser technology. These tubes are parted from the main catenary using high rpm carbide discs thereby resulting in low generation of glass particles which are eventually air washed on the end trimming and glazing machine. The tubes are finally shrink-wrapped in square pack and packed in corrugated boxes for the domestic market or palletized for the export market as per customer requirements.
