Britomatics of range of carbon steel and stainless steels bag filter housing are the result of our extensive experience in housing manufacture. This large standard range of high performance bag filters includes vessels for 41/4" and 7" diameter ring style bags, in single and double length versions: side and stop entry 10 bar vessels: easy to use closure -vee clamp, rathmann screw clamps and swing bolts depending on the model, and in addition we also produce multi-bag housing to asme, or uncoded, up to our 12 bag size.
All the housing include strong perforated 316 stainless steel baskets with solid cones. The latest designs in bag sealing are incorporate as standard, with side entry housing for style compression plates and an underbasket `o` ring. The top entry hosing use a crush seal style fitting giving very positive sealing for fine filtration. In addition, unique design of vee clamp housing seal gives trouble free operation, and there is a choice of materials for wide chemicals compatibility.
