The Glass-Lined Jacketed Reactors has technical features like:
- Standard sizes: 160-6300 Lts.
- Design data : Pressure: -1/+6 bars in the inner vessel -1/+6 bars in the jacket
- Temperature: -25/ + 200 °c. Construction, calculation code and inspection in accordance with ASME section VIII, division 1.
- Glass-lining: High voltage spark test after glass-lining; at 20000V; before shipment: at 10000V. Construction tolerances as per DIN 28006
- Agitating system: Standard version with anchor agitator and thermo well. As an alternative impeller agitator and baffle can be supplied. Pitched blade or axial propeller can also be installed for specific needs. Drive unit consisting of an asynchronous three phase explosion-proof motor, gear-box, and antistatic V-belt drive. Lantern stool houses self-aligning double ball-bearing and specially designed three piece muff coupling for perfect alignment. Direct coupled geared motor is also provided as an alternative.
