Suraj stainless has a good capacity to manufactures ake seamless pipes and tubes from hot extruded mother pipes. The mother pipes are cold drawn which involves the reduction of cross sectional area of the pipe either by cold pilger or cold draw bench. These seamless pipes & tubes find their application in: heat exchanger, lp/hp heaters, instrumentation, etc. To reduce the diameter as well as the wall thickness, tthe cold drawing is employed to reduce the diameter as well as the wall thickness, which is further subjected to solution annealing in a continuous roller hearth furnace. Manufacturing standard of the seamless pipes & tubes include followed: astm/ asme-213, 269, 312, 789, 790. Grade: tp 304, 304l, 304h, 316l. 316h, 316ti, 321, 347.
