Some constructional features of this double shaft motor include: sintered bush is self lubricated, impregnated with permawic oil which give life equivalent to ball bearing; motor lamination material core loss is 3 kg per watt and copper wire used can withstand 200ºc temperature rise, resulting low temperature rise of motor; and motor lamination is pre-treated electro deposit coating to withstand peel out test of 1000 hours salt spray.
