Fields of application of the solvent spray: This is an excellent hydrocarbon based solvent for cleaning of carbon and as a contact cleaner for electrical armatures, stators, auxiliary motors, coils, rotors in electrical and diesel motors from locomotives, DG sets, pumps used in all types of industries. It is also used as a contact cleaner in cleaning of starters, motors and control panel equipments. Features of the solvent spray: Soaklin CS is an organic solvent blend, with much lower toxicity than most of the available solvent cleaners. It will loosen the carbon from the armatures, which is removed by repeated spray of Soaklin CS. The components are then completely air dried and fitted into the equipment after 1 hour. This cleaning will very substantially improve the IR value [Insulation Resistance] and improve performance.
